Centegra Wellness on the Move
As part of our commitment to the health and wellness of our community, Centegra's award-winning health services are available on wheels to reach people who are unable to visit a facility for care. Donated by the Centegra Hospital - McHenry Auxiliary, the Centegra Wellness on the Move mobile unit focuses on prevention and early detection, areas that can make a difference in the health and wellness of our neighbors in the greater McHenry County area.
Traveling to schools, health fairs, corporations, senior communities and areas with underserved populations, Centegra Wellness on the Move offers a variety of services:
- Health screenings
- Audiology
- Vision
- Physicals
- Disease prevention education
- Immunizations and vaccinations
- Vascular screenings
