Behavioral Health Central Intake

Seeking help is the first step to bringing your life back into focus and gaining a renewed sense of well-being. Central Intake serves as Centegra Health System’s primary resource for individuals seeking access to any of our behavioral health services. Our staff will answer questions, set up initial appointments for programs and respond to insurance questions.

Inpatient Services

Adults participating in this intensive level of treatment receive 24-hour care in a safe, comfortable and structured setting. The adult unit offers individual, group and family therapy as well as education related to medication and psychiatric disorders.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides care for adults with mental health and/or substance abuse problems. This level of care is often a helpful transition for those being discharged from inpatient care. The PHP is offered six hours a day, five days a week.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides an alternative for people who need more than weekly outpatient therapy sessions. This level of care provides support, education and guidance so individuals learn to cope, manage stress and increase self-esteem. The IOP is offered three hours a day, three to five days a week.

Continuing Care Program (CC)

The Continuing Care Program (CC) is available to people who have completed primary substance abuse treatment. The program provides support for maintaining a clean and sober life. The focus is on relapse prevention, building a sober support system and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
